General Products is AS9100 2004 REV B AS 9100 is comprised of ISO 9001 quality system requirements supplemented by additional quality system requirements established by the aerospace industry. The development of the supplemental requirements was the result of an international effort by aerospace companies with a common goal of establishing a single quality management system for use within the aerospace industry. AS 9100 is a product of this international effort. The standard was developed by Working Group 11 of ISO TC20 and was supported by the International Aerospace Quality Group., NADCAPthe leading worldwide cooperative program of major companies designed to manage a cost-effective consensus approach to special processes & products and provide continual improvement within the aerospace & automotive industries., ISO 9001:2000The highest level of ISO certification. This includes: achieve and sustain the quality of service so as to meet customer requirements consistently, provide assurance to management that intended quality is achieved and sustained, provide assurance to customers that intended quality is being achieved and sustained, servicing, process control and purchasing requirements and finally documented product design control requirements. and MIL-I-45208Entitled "An Inspection System," this quality specification pertaining to military items sets forth the objectives and essential elements of an inspection system. This system was used when technical requirements required in-process as well as final end item inspection, including control of measuring and testing equipment, drawing and changes, and documentation and records. In simple terms, it meant that you had to document your inspection system to assure continuity. Certified.

Our team follows NASA, Department of Defense and Prime Contractor procedures for design, purchasing, production and testing including, but not limited to the NHB-5300.4(1C) Reliability and QA Program, Statistical Process Control and the ISO 10012-1 Calibration System. We have DCMC representation and we are an Approved Government Property System.

Our inspection staff is fully trained in the use of state-of-the-art equipment to prove specification, standard and contract requirement conformance.

General Products is staffed with a team of professionals capable of supporting programs ranging from "build-to-print" programs up to a "clean sheet" design program.
